1. 适用范围 / Scope of Application

本退款政策适用于用户通过凝听天使平台（官网、社群或表单）报名或购买的所有课程、服务（包括疗愈方案、凝听服务）、能量产品及相关内容。

This refund policy applies to all courses, services (including healing sessions and listening services), energy products and related offerings purchased via the Listening Angels Love platform (website, social channels, or forms).

2. 付款与一般退款条款 / General Terms

2.1 一经确认付款，所有课程、服务与产品费用恕不退还。

2.2 若因凝听天使主动取消服务（例如课程取消、预约无法履行），客户可选择以下方式：

• 转为等值产品或服务使用
• 退还未履行部分的全额费用

2.3 如个别课程设有「冷静期」或「试用期」，将明确载明于报名页面或课程简介中。

2.1.1 All payments are strictly non-refundable once confirmed.

2.2.1 If Listening Angels Love cancels a service (e.g. cancelled class or unfulfilled appointment), the customer may choose:
• Transfer of credit to another equivalent service or product
• Full refund of the unfulfilled portion

2.3.1 If a “cooling-off” or “trial” clause applies, it will be clearly stated on the registration page or course description.

3. 特殊情况处理（公平考量）/ Exceptions in Good Faith

在合理情况下，例如重大健康问题、家庭突发事件或不可抗力因素，客户可书面提出申请退款或延期，平台将视实际情况提供以下方式之一：
• 延期至下一梯次参与课程
• 转为等值产品或服务使用
• 部分退款（扣除实际支出与行政费用后）

In fair consideration of valid reasons (e.g. serious illness, emergencies, or force majeure), the following options may be granted upon written request and approval:
• Postponement to a future course run
• Transfer to equivalent product or service
• Partial refund after deduction of admin and direct costs

4. 课程席位或票券转让 / Transfer of Seats or Event Tickets

4.1 若无法如期出席，客户可将课程名额转让他人，须符合以下条件：

• 至少在课程前五（5）个工作日提交书面通知
• 提供完整的新参与者资料
• 经平台确认后方为有效转让

4.2 所有名额转让将收取新币40元(不包括消费税)的行政费用，且费用不予退还。

4.1.1 If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your seat to another person, subject to:
• Written notice submitted at least five (5) working days before the event
• Complete information of the replacement participant
• Confirmation from Listening Angels Love

4.2.1 All approved transfers are subject to a non-refundable administrative fee of SGD 40 (exclude GST).

5. 免责声明 / Disclaimers

5.1本政策仅适用于凝听天使官方渠道所进行的交易。
5.2 本平台保留随时修改、解释或更新本政策的权利，以应对运营、法律或不可抗力需求。

5.1.1 This refund policy applies only to purchases made via official Listening Angels Love channels.
5.2.1We reserve the right to interpret, revise, or update this policy in response to operational, legal, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. 条款更新与通知 / Changes and Notification

6.1 政策如有变更，将至少提前五（5）日透过电子邮件、官网或社群公告通知使用者。
6.2 所有变更将适用于未来报名者或尚未履行之服务。

6.1.1 Any changes to this policy will be announced at least five (5) days in advance via email, official website, or social media.
6.2.1 All updates apply to future users or unfulfilled services.
